Definition and Scope of Construction Equipment

This licensing is used in construction machinery, road construction, agriculture, industry, public works and national defense services; various equipment is mounted on it according to the business purpose; They are motor vehicles that cannot be used to transport people, animals or cargo on the road.

 Which are the Authorized Organizations to Register Construction Machinery?

1. Those belonging to public institutions, by the relevant institutions,

2. Of those belonging to natural and legal persons;

a) Those used in the agricultural sector by the chambers of agriculture,

b) Other than those used in the agricultural sector, industry, public works and other

The ones used in the cuts are registered by the chambers of commerce, industry or commerce and industry of which they are members.

 Why is the Registration of Construction Equipment Mandatory?

Pursuant to Article 28 of the Highway Traffic Regulation, the owners of non-motorized vehicles, whose registration is mandatory in the Regulation on all motor vehicles, are obliged to register their vehicles with the authorized institution and obtain a registration certificate.

 How are the sales and transfers of the construction equipment made?

Pursuant to article 36 of the Highway Traffic Regulation, sales and transfer of vehicles must be made through a notary public. All sales and transfers made outside of this are void.

Those who purchase or transfer registered vehicles with notary deed must apply to the relevant registration authority, register these vehicles and obtain a registration certificate in their name.

 What are the Documents for Issuing Construction Machinery Registration Certificate?

Documents required to be submitted by companies or individuals applying for a registration document:

A. For vehicles to be registered for the first time;

-A petition addressed to the Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and requesting the registration of the construction equipment

-Invoice (Original and photocopy)

- If the construction equipment is imported, in addition to the invoice, the customs entry declaration and the receipt showing that the customs duty has been paid (If the original invoice is not available, the original customs entry declaration must be attached)

- Photocopy of the last 6 months' Activity Certificate of the vehicle owner company (for those who have a room registration),

- Domicile Certificate of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

- Copy of identity card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

-Capacity report if it is a domestic vehicle,

-Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs),

Technical document (will be issued and approved by a mechanical engineer registered to the Chamber of Mechanical Engineers and will contain the following information),

B. For other vehicles;

-A petition addressed to the Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry and  requesting the registration of the construction equipment,

-The original notary sales contract,

-Construction Machinery Registration Certificate belonging to the seller company canceled by the notary public,

-Original/photocopy of the last 6 months' Activity Certificate of the vehicle owner company (for those who have a room registration),

-Original Expeditionary Mission Order Compass, if any

- Domicile certificate of the owner of the vehicle (for individuals),

- Copy of identity card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

-Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs),

-Room fee

-This amount changes as of the end of each year.

Certificate of ownership to be obtained from the court in case the above-mentioned documents cannot be presented.

(Original or notarized copy of the above-mentioned ownership documents will be submitted)

C. Certificate of Inheritance.

-A petition addressed to the Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting the registration of the construction equipment,

-Original of the certificate of inheritance,

-Photocopy of the Activity Certificate of the Owner of the Vehicle (for those registered with the Chamber),

- Domicile certificate of the owner of the vehicle (for individuals),

- Copy of identity card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

-Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs),

-Room fee

-This amount changes as of the end of each year.

D. Pledge Statement

D.1. Pledge Processing.

- A petition addressed to the Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting a Pledge annotation on the construction machine,

-The original of the Pledge Agreement,

-Registration Certificate,

- Photocopy of the circular of signature of both parties (will belong to the pledger and the buyer),

- Photocopy of the Activity Certificate of the vehicle owner company (for those who have a room registration),

- Photocopy of Identity Card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

-Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs),

- If the pledge annotation processing and the registration process will be together, the chamber fee

-This amount changes as of the end of each year.

D.2. Pledge Removal.

- A petition addressed to the Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting the removal of the Pledge annotation processed on the construction equipment,

- Notarized pledge removal letter from the hostage party,

-Construction Machinery Registration Certificate,

- Photocopy of the Activity Certificate of the vehicle owner company (for those who have a room registration),

- Copy of identity card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

E. Loss Transaction.

-A petition addressed to the Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting the renewal of the registration certificate of the construction equipment as lost,

-Original Newspaper Ad. (A loss notice is given to any newspaper with the vehicle license plate No. and the card serial No of the lost Registration Certificate, the title of the vehicle owner company.),

- Minutes taken from the police station for the stolen Construction Machinery Registration Documents,

- Photocopy of the Activity Certificate of the company that owns the vehicle (for those who have a room registration),

- Copy of identity card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

-Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs)

-Room fee

-This amount changes as of the end of each year.

F. Registration Certificate Renewal.

- A petition addressed to the Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry and requesting the renewal of the construction equipment registration certificate (The defect of the old registration certificate will be indicated),

-Old machine registration certificate,

- Photocopy of the Activity Certificate of the company that owns the vehicle (for those who have a room registration),

- Copy of identity card of the vehicle owner (for individuals),

-Power of Attorney (if the natural or legal person will not follow their own affairs)
