API Contracting Authorization Certificate Number

As of 01.01.2012, within the scope of "Regulation on the Registries of Building Contractors, Site Chiefs and Licensed Masters" published in the Official Gazette dated 16.12.2010 and numbered 27787, all buildings subject to a building permit are to be built under the responsibility of a building contractor. It is obligatory for the contractor to obtain a building contractor authorization number and to use this number in the building permit, occupancy permit and construction works contract.

1- BUILDING CONTRACTING AND OBTAINING AUTHORIZATION CERTIFICATE NUMBER
In order to obtain a Building Contractor and Authorization Certificate Number, it can be made directly to the provincial directorates as well as the necessary application can be made over the internet. In case the construction contracting is undertaken by an ordinary partnership or joint venture, it is obligatory to apply as specified in the first paragraph of Article 6 by the partners and to obtain a new authorization number from the Directorate on behalf of the entire partnership.

DIRECT APPLICATION TO PROVINCIAL DIRECTORATES:
After the "Application Form for the Building Contractor Authorization Certificate Number", which is included in the annex of the "Registration of Construction Contractors and the Regulation on the Site Managers and Authorized Masters," published in the Official Gazette dated 16.12.2010 and numbered 27787, a petition and other documents in its annex are submitted. together TC An application will be made to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, Antalya Provincial Directorate / Antalya address.

APPLICATION THROUGH THE INTERNET:
After entering the Building Contracting Information System (YAMBIS) web page (http://yambis.cevresehircilik.gov.tr/) prepared by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, filling out the form in the contractor identification section and saving it, in the "Application for Authorization Certificate Number" section on the same screen. After the form is entered and the form is filled, the form is printed, stamped and signed, followed by a petition with other documents. It can be sent to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization Aksaray Provincial Directorate / Aksaray address.

A- Personal Companies:
1- Petition
2- The original or a copy approved by the Directorate of the registration document obtained from the registered professional chamber within the year of application.

4- Building Contractor Authorization Certificate Number Application Form (*)

(*) The information in the annex of the application petition will be processed into the YAMBIS -Building Contracting Information System, and the information to be confirmed by the Department staff, the application form to be taken from the system, signed by the applicant himself or by proxy to the person who will sign the application form)

B- LEGAL PERSONS:
1-Petition
2- The original or a copy approved by the Directorate of the registration document obtained from the professional chamber where the company is registered.
3- The original of the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette, in which the company agreement was published, or a copy approved by the Directorate or the relevant Registry Office
4- Photocopies of Identity Cards and (Tax Number, Tax Office, Address, Tel, Fax, Email etc.)
5- Building Contractor Authorization Certificate Number Application Form (**)

(**) Processing the information in the annex of the application petition into the YAMBIS -Building Contracting Information System and the application form to be taken from the system, which will be confirmed by the Directorate, by the authorized signatories of the applicant company or the authorized signatories of the company to give a power of attorney to the person who will sign the application form)

2- LEGISLATION RELATED TO THE SUBJECT:
The legislation on the subject is regulated in the "Regulation on the Records of Building Contractors and Site Managers and Licensed Masters" published in the Official Gazette dated 16.12.2010 and numbered 27787. Later, in the 2011/2 circular dated 06.07.2011 and numbered 12978, which was issued by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization to eliminate the hesitations regarding the implementation of the Regulation, (b) information on the responsibilities of the building contractors and the implementation of the building contractor registry were included.

THE CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSE OR THE CONSTRUCTION OF NON-RESIDENCE BUILDINGS IN ITS OBJECTIVES OF ACTIVITY.

IT SHOULD RECEIVE A CONTRACTING AUTHORITY CERTIFICATE NUMBER FROM THE ENVIRONMENT AND URBAN DIRECTORATE, AND IT MUST BE IN ACTIVE CONDITION, IF ANY.
