The Breath Loan, which was announced by President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and mobilized the means of the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey, starts on June 1st.
ATSO President Göktaş, in his statement on the subject; "Our State and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey are being put into practice on June 1 with the support of the Credit Guarantee Fund in order to contribute to the limitation of the economic effects of the coronavirus epidemic and to provide financial support to SMEs under suitable conditions.
With the Nefes Loan Package, which will be implemented as of June 1, 2021 with the participation of 10 banks and in cooperation with TOBB and KGF, the annual turnover is less than 10 Million TL and the turnover in 2020 has lost 25 percent compared to 2019; Working capital financing opportunity will be provided to members registered in Trade, Maritime Trade, Industry, Commerce and Industry or Commodity Exchange.
SMEs whose turnover does not exceed 1 million TL in 2020 will be able to use a maximum of 50 thousand TL, and SMEs with a turnover of 1-10 million TL will be able to use a maximum of 200 thousand TL credit. TOBB and Chambers / Commodity Exchanges will contribute to the project by utilizing their resources in these banks. Within the scope of the Credit Package, a grace period of 6 months will be provided and loan repayments will be made in 12 equal installments.
In the practice, which will make our members breathe again in a period of economic difficulties, Treasury-backed KGF guarantee will be provided and the annual interest rate is determined as 17.5 percent.
