Cuneyt Göktaş, Chairman of Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry, made an important statement about the Industry Register Documents.
ATSO President Göktaş explained that he had done; "Industrial enterprises in the province are required to pre-register before they start their production activities and they will face administrative fines if they do not get industrial registration documents for industrial enterprises to open their workplaces and obtain working licenses within 2 months. In this sense, it is necessary for the citizens of our province, who will establish industrial enterprises, to fill in the electronic declaration and submit it to the Ministry of Science and Technology, as stated in the law, which should pre-register the enterprises before their production activities.
The most important point to note here is that those who have not yet registered in the industrial register of the industrial enterprises, irrespective of whether they are acting under the provisional provision added to the law, registered to the industrial register within one year from the date of entry into force of the law on 01 July 2017, without regard to the date of commencement of production, without any criminal proceedings. The deadline is to enroll in the register of the producers with a status of producer until July 1, 2018, without having been subject to administrative fines.
Finally, we need to renew our visas in the shortest period of time in our Industry Registration Gazette. "
