Cüneyt Göktaş, Chairman of the Board of Aksaray Chamber of Commerce and Industry, made a call to the citizens for the newly emerging local tradesmen during the times when the Pandemic Period started to enter into the normalization process.
Stating that small and medium-sized local businesses had a hard time during the pandemic period, ATSO President Göktaş said, “The businesses that were most affected during the Covid-19 Pandemic period of our country and the world were undoubtedly our small and medium-sized local tradesmen. They had to close their businesses for days, and often had to close their workplaces so that they could not even meet their daily needs. The days when we were in the most meaningful days of supporting our local tradesmen, which started to re-open their businesses with the start of the normalization process on 1 June. Therefore, as the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which is the representative of Aksaray Business World, we want to call on our citizens. Nowadays, let's avoid the troubles they experience in difficult days by making our purchases from our local artisans in Aksaray. The people of Aksaray, the most beautiful representation of the Anatolian people, have not always supported their state and city. We have to show that we are with them by doing our basic needs from our local craftsmen in order to make the faces of our local tradesmen waiting for support and longing for us these days ”.
