SCOPE OF WORK AND DUTİES
Carrying out the trade registry transactions on a regular
basis,
Preparing, processing and keeping the books, files and
documents related to the trade registry,
Keeping the trade registers of real and legal persons in
accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code and the Trade Registry Regulation
Determining the ones who need to be registered in the trade
registry according to the T.T.K., making their registrations and notifying the
Chamber,
To respond to the articles about the trade registry of real
and legal persons from official institutions.
Notifying the Chamber of daily registration, amendments and
cancellations,
Registration certificate, tender document, Bankruptcy and
Concordat document, authorization certificate, liquidation entry document, liquidation
closing document, branch opening document, center transfer document, BAĞ-KUR
form,
To carry out the procedures related to the changes that will
occur in the registry of the members in accordance with the TTK and TSY General
Working Instructions,
Responding to the letters regarding the Trade Registry
Service sent to the Trade Registry Directorate by the Secretary General,
Carrying out the registration procedures, *
Ensuring coordination between the Trade Registry Manager,
the officers in the Trade Registry Office and other units and making the
general operation of this service,
As determined in the Trade Registry Regulation published in
the Official Gazette dated 27.01.2013 and numbered 28541; Business Environment,
Organization, License Conditions of Registry Managers, Surveillance and
Supervision, Provisions to be Subject to Provisions Subject to Registry
Treatments Completeness of Records in the Registry and General Provisions in
which Corrections, Publicity and Duty Obligation are determined, to fulfill the
duties, limits, rights and obligations,
To identify the nonconformities in the product and service
phase during the operation of the unit, to suggest preventive actions, to
record these in the CAPA form and report them to the Quality Management
Representative,
To act in accordance with the general operating instructions
of the room,
To perform the duties assigned to him by the laws and
regulations numbered 5174,
To perform other duties given by the regulations and other
legislation and within the framework of the legislation.
